Analyse what your business is and needs in terms of staffing before starting to recruit people, you don’t want to end up over recruiting.

When the place is prepped and your staff is ready you’ll need to focus on bringing clients in. It can be tough, because many people have good relationships between themselves and a relevant practitioner like a dentist, doctor or physio. There may be an urgent need for your profession in your area, if so you’re in luck. If not, you need to start marketing. Website, social media, videos etc. It could be worth hiring marketing professionals to market your business for you. Once you’ve done that, the customers will start flowing in and you’ll finally have your own business in the profession you love and have a passion for.
